Unlock: Console.debug (without any mod)

Go to you´re Witchter folder (example: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ The Witcher 3\bin\config\base) in the base folder there should be a file called ´general´. Open the file and add a new line with the text ´DBGConsoleOn=true´.(Save with changes. Now you can Open the console in the game with: F2,ö,ä,ü,^,´ depending on youre language settings (mine is ö and i play in english).
