Kerbal Planetary Base Systems provides most of the Modded parts . There is a winch on Rover #4 from the Kerbal Attachment System mod and the Lights are a combo from Kerbal Electric and Surface Mounted Lights mods.

Gotta switch off all of the reaction wheels.

The game runs around 1/10 speed whenever Im within 2km of it and occasionally it just starts to shake and doesn't stop until its completely destroyed. The 8 mini rockets are escape pods I call it the Mun Emergency Modular Escape System or M.E.M.E.S for short.
