Found a bug - Nabataea's leader (and probably other characters) unique design gets overwritten by the unlocked generic Arabian uniforms. doesn't seem to affect the normal version of the mod.

Para bellum is an overhaul and should take careof bugs in its own way so you shouldn't need this mod imo
