Spread your rule across the Rimworld with self governing colonies that are loyal to you and you alone. Command them to fight in your name, and destroy your enemies. But politics is always a deadly game.
Events will periodically influence your colonies, or your faction as a whole. You must decide how best to respond to these situations. And beware, a poor guiding hand will have consequences, your faction may lose faith in your leadership entirely, and take their destiny into their own hands.
Your colonists will pay taxes, be it in silver, or goods. You can tell them where you want your taxes, and they will dutifully pay them. A fully customizable faction name and title allows you to put your own spin on your subjects. They can be feudal vassals, a megacorporation’s branch offices, or even a shining beacon of truth and liberty. It is all part of the greater story.

Any chance of getting a real update to 1.5? lol In the fork Road Builders faction trait don't work, and none of the modded biomes have anything but 1's for land features. Even alpha biomes which I know had better ones.

A major bug a settlement with level 4 military lost to level 3 raiders causing a defence failure. I played on the custom 1.4 version with a couple of mods.

There seems little point in continuing a discussion here since the maintenance and updating of this mod was taken over by someone else with a (Continued) version here:

It has not been updated for 1.5 (yet), but it was updated for 1.4.

Bugged mod, when creating your empire, a random pawn who isn't even in your colony becomes leader, having a bug like this right at the beginning I prefer to describe. In short, abandoned and buggy mod, I don't recommend it.

are there any plans for an ideology compatibility patch, for example if your main ideology has a precept against cutting trees the settlements assigned to forestry lose happiness?
