These models include a lot of new things! Everything that's been added to Cosmo Galaxina has, so I'll go over the changelog for Cosmo instead
-More Facial flexes for better expressions. Specific notes include sliders that move the mouth to the left or right side of her face, as well as side smiles, mouth widen and shrink, holding breath, and W mouth
-More bones. Big notes are her flowers and bangs now have bones as well as her tongue. The Amulet also has a bone so you can remove it or just move it around if need be.
-Cosmo was made more slender and her jewelry shinier.
-Cosmo also has a neck bone. Galaxina however has shoulder bones
-You can no longer Try For Baby with the Grim Reaper. Wait...
-Super Forms have been added!

The sizes however are still the same. I won't ask Majora to take down the original port, as you can't just copy and paste Cosmo in over her older self, sadly.
