[LFS] Star Wars: DX9 Transport

This vehicle is a reimagined Delta Class DX9 Stormtrooper transport. I originally made this because I play on a large server that gets to 80-100 players daily but we never really had a useful transport that suits the Imperial theme. There are some great transport vehicles already out there but they require a higher tick rate which my server will not go to.

My skills within this area still lay in the beginner phase, so I don't expect it to be perfect but it should get the job done! Please report any bugs into the comments and I will try to fix them as soon as possible.

- The driver has access to two primary blaster cannons and secondary proton missiles
