@Oblidescent Diamond shapes (quadrilaterals) are pretty much always decisions/if then in flow charts.

I got a question, what are the diamonds on the flowchart and why does it seem like I cant get to the option after I pat murasame's head?

For those wondering which routes they want to start from, it depends on whether you want to know more about the story first or the characters first.

For story first: , Mako, , , and the other sub-routes . Lena's route has the most details about the events leading up to the story, followed by Mako (although hers would be more vague in comparison) The remainder of the routes focus more on the characters themselves.

For characters first: just reverse the order above

All hidden achievements are unlocked with various events in each route, so to unlock all achievements, just play through all the routes.
