Skyrim Over-encumbered Legendary Difficulty Run

So recently I've been trying out a new way of playing Skyrim without any mods and thought, what if I just picked up everything I saw? I know this isn't particularly interesting, but it was surprisingly fun to do and not as boring as I first thought. Here's a short guide to how I did it.

Rules
I followed this rule set to make it a little challenging:

- I always shouldn't be able to run (generally you'll always have too much weight, but if I hypothetically do, I should be walking slowly)
- I have to take any item I see not marked steal or is on a reachable corpse of an enemy I kill
- If it is marked steal I should try to take it, but only when there's nobody nearby really
- also have to mine every ore vein, and pick nearby seen ingredients, and take all from nearby containers of course
- you can't get rid of anything unless you're selling it for money
Build and Strategies
This is the build I used for it:
- Heavy Armour and shield because you can't move for ♥♥♥♥ in combat
- Regeneration magic because you need the health
- Breton class because it gives you 25% magic resist
- "Rush" to the Lord Stone as you need the extra 25% and 50 armor
- whirlwind sprint shout helps tremendously with movement overall
- Horses allow you to fast travel and move a lot quicker in the wilderness
- upgrading health and magic in a 4:1 ratio
- enchanted most of my armor with health bonuses

Now you can probably do this with a conjuration and alteration magic build, but probably not as easily a sneak build.
Conclusion
I beat Alduin with about 6000 carry weight, and will probably still continue from there for quite a while. If you're at all interested at how the run works I streamed most of it as I did it:

This was my first Steam guide, and probably my only one for a while. Hopefully this was interesting to some of you, and gave you some new ideas for ways to play Skyrim.

@Tacolord Works fine on an unmodded Skyrim as far as I know. If you're using mods and especially if you update, add new mods, remove mods etc you're very likely to run into issues doing this.

Quick tip, if you save right before character creation it makes a saved character called prisoner. This save stays as a separate character even after you make your character. If you load the prisoner save, you can skip straight to character creation, skipping the cart ride. Mine is so close to the character creation I'm already in character creation when I load it. This is what having hundreds of characters has taught me.
