"Got surrounded by higher tier bandits, but with higher tier armour am not worried. Took almost no real damage or injuries against an entire camp. Non Enchanted armor but may enchant and see how much better it can get.
Cost of Armour set is roughly 27 thousand gold though....
BTW Saving then reloading game refreshes merchants."
