REGION CHANGE FOR MULTIPLAYER

Briefly to help you to change your region for logging to your favourite area.

I know how this has affected me as the actual region i was in didn't play so late at night,
though other regions did.
Also if you're taking too long at lobby to log in LOWER YOUR graphics settings,
HIGH setting should be satisfactory.
Even if you get usual complaints for ''PLAYABLE'' ping (i average 195 in EU servers, & very playable with K/D of over 0.70).
