Description
Important Note. This creation does NOT work if the option infinite electric is active. Make sure to turn it off

At this point the game has changed enough that a rework is no longer feasible. Unfortunately this vehicle will no longer be maintained, thus the broken badge. :steamsad:

can you fix this please

@ThatRandomDood
Thank you for your comment. I just realized I fergot to mark the creation as broken. I have posted countless updates for this vehicle to adapt to the constantly changing rope physics implemented by the developers but with the last rope update it broke for good. I am not planning on posting an updated version so I am afraid we will have to keep this crane in memory from the videos created on it.
I am sorry for not having a better solution for you as I really do like this creation and I have dedicated a lot time to create it and keep it running despite the very invasive changes to the stormworks physics engine.

whenever it deploys, the main grey boom deploys perfectly, but the entire yellow boom doesnt snap and just sits at an upward angle, and then the winch trolley slides off.

@innosteve okay

@R9D
Can't reproduce the problem on my end. Due to many many many changes in the rope physics since the crane was made it may not run as reliably as back when it was made but I make sure to keep it up to date (for now) and the crane does work correctly in the current version of the game.
Make sure you have created a new world and you are running reasonably high physics settings before setting up the crane. (or maybe you were unlucky with the setup. It's a very complex creation indeed that was designed for a version of the game from 3 years ago)

@DogOfTheBox
All good. Glad to hear. Thanks for following up ;D I seriously had no idea how to respond to your last comment in context of this crane XD. Great to get it sorted.

sorry, i was thinking of a different crane not made by you

the part that detaches or the counterweight itself. if it can setup without the counterweight, then why not remove it
