As far as I know, this character is created by this guy [jpmachado.art] and is being used on this channel ( web [chilledcow.com] and merch [lofigirlshop.com] ).

P.S. Doing a quick research seems to be based on the character Shizuku Tsukishima from the movie Mimi wo Sumaseba (Whisper of the Heart) [myanimelist.net] by Studio Ghibli, here [i.pinimg.com] and here [64.media.tumblr.com] are gifs from the movie and here is a comparative [static3.cbrimages.com] .

I was aware about the existence of the mobile version but not that an agreement had to be accepted in order to use it on mobile (I wasn't hyped because my phone doesn't meet the android 8.1 requirement and bluestacks is 7.1 so I can't test how this 16:9 wallpaper will look in a 9:16, 9:18, 9:19.5, 9:21 or another ultrawide ratio) .

Summary: Done :cupup: but I have no way of knowing what it will look like in vertical ratios.
