Simple Alarm Clock

Beskrivelse
Simple clock with alarm feature, based on Steve's Simple Clock and bc1's Enhanced UI DLC.
Displays time in middle of screen, just under top panel.
Allows setting of alarm which pops up a dialog at the chosen time,

Enhanced UI DLC
It's a mod that has a ton of quality of life improvements, but it's manually installed so it works like a DLC and doesn't interfere with achievements.

Well it's pointless now that the UI overhaul DLC contains a clock in the toolbar, certainly, but not everyone uses that yet. Even though they should.

Darn, I was hoping that it allowed an in-game turn-timer, so you could remind yourself there was something you wanted to do in X number of turns.

I've figured out what I was doing wrong and everything seems to be okay now. I only tested it once though, so if anyone has issues, please say so.

If you change it, I can use it with my MP Mod manager. Not sure what Custom entry points are for. Therfor I won't enable them in my Mod Manager until i figure out.
