This overgrown mill is modeled loosely on the Jim Owen Float Trip mill.

This lush piece can be adjusted slightly for the players needs pretty easily I hope. The far side could easily be placed against a hill or cliff-side allowing the removal of many bushes and trees with the same effect. Lining the water up should also be fairly straightforward and various depths shouldn't matter much. Just keep the water wheel in the water and you should be good to go.

If the lights at night are a little too much, I've placed them far enough under the surface to make them easy access to adjust. I went for a pretty warm color to match the lamps, but it's always up to you.
