are there any tool guns like this one where you can turn into something else that can move? like animals, props, npcs etc.?

I don't know what's going on. Only my friends can use it but I can't! He told me to press q (for the inventory and stuff) and told me to click "jmoak3" and I'll get the Melonificator. But it doesn't work! I really want to use this so help?
