First Step: Make sure you got a functioning keyboard.

Second Step: Hit the Windows Key in your keyboard.

Third Step: Now you will see your task bar. Right click in the tab with the "Blind BIrd" game running.

Fourth Step: At the options showing, click on "Exit" in order to leave the game.

There you go! That's how you are supposed to exit the game!
