Rainy Menu Backgrounds

This mod replaces the video that plays in the background of the menu with a relaxing rainy forest, with darkened colors that fit the tone of the game.

It features 5 loops, each 30 seconds long, standard 720p resolution, guaranteed to avoid any display issues. Minor enhancements have been made to the original material.

███ IT HAS TO BE INSTALLED MANUALLY, I'M JUST HOSTING IT ON THE STEAM WORKSHOP ███

1- Subscribe to this addon, then open and close the game.
2- Go to (L4D2 folder)\left4dead2\addons\workshop. You can easily find the game's folder by right clicking the game on your library, then going on Properties > Local Files > Browse.
3- Find the mod, identifiable by its thumbnail (the file's name should be "1974609568.vpk") and extract the video files. You'll need GCFScape[nemstools.github.io] or a similar program to open it.
4- Go to (L4D2 folder)\left4dead2\media.
5- Replace the video files with the ones from this mod.
6- Unsubscribe, or you'll be wasting 200MB and preferably rate it before doing so.

If you forget to back up the original backgrounds, they can be easily re-downloaded by right-clicking the game on your Steam library, then going on Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.
