Fur you to get a Nuke u need to pick the most op class in game, whch happenes to be the Ump 45 with silencer and the AA12 with FMJ, For the perks you need Marathon, Lightweight, and Ninja. Equipment doesnt matter.

And.. for those who are looking for a method to counter this, i recommend raffica with etended mags and a sniper with some aim skills.
