On-display Health Bar

Would love a performance patch for this honestly, when used it makes the game lag extensively in areas with more than 5 npcs, thanks to rendering all the health bars at all times

doesn't appear to work...
looking for a mod that shows health of all entities regardless of status by simply hover the mouse over them, and constantly when engaged in combat with or against them. Preferably in a vanilla fashion.

It's only for?.. Who? I mean i found mod for followers hp-bar, but it's not so need me, i more prefer hp-bar for all npc or for neutral npc, that i will see, so deadly merchant, who's me should try to save

I want to love these bars. But the fact that they lag 1-3 seconds behind the actual stats, and kind of just flop all over the place instead of being centered directly under the actor makes them completely unusable for me.

Will it work if not all the players have it?

A 5 second decay time before the health bar disappears again would be nice
