Impressed with the capabilities of the Aetherhaul, a shipping company inquired about the possibility of creating a lifter variant of the Aetherhaul to meet the needs of transporting small vessels and hovers from planet to planet. The Aetherlift was the answer to that inquiry.

The entire interior of the craft was gutted, the upper hull extended and reinforced along the central spine, and additional engines were added to the front of the craft to help keep the nose up and add additional lifting capabilities. The wing tip fuel tanks were removed and additional maneuvering thrusters were added.
