I added a FULL base under the structure. This is CPU compliant, it has a T2 shield, a furnace, a de-constructor, 3 large storage controllers, a complete med bay, 3 advanced constructors, a T2 Repair Station, Grow Plots, 2 fridges, 2 food processors, armor locker, Armored windows, 15 solar panels, 4 solar batteries, 4 rocket launchers, 4 cannons, 4 flack cannons, sentry guns and a small bay door.

This is huge! It's class 10, level 20. It has a great view of the underside of the platform through the windows.
Be warned though..THIS NEEDS FLAT GROUND TO DEPLOY! And as Jeff stated, all the legs need to touch the ground. Lower it until the lights on the base legs are just above ground. I recommend you practice deploying it in Creative Mode first. If you get it right, its really nice!
