Hi, do you remember the Dispatcher from HL2 City-17?
Now this new fan-made voice acting by a male voice in RUSSIAN will make you play
paint in a new way!

This addon replaces the City Overwatch from City-17, the addon does not include voice acting:
- Nova Prospect
- Citadels
- HL2: EP1 / EP2

For the addon to work, download it, then completely re-enter the game.
To check the addon's functionality, type “play f_anticitizenreport_spkr.wav” into the console

P.S This addon doesn't added new voicelines, it's just replaces original voicelines of "cityvoice"
