How to play automatically every instrument in Rust with .midi files

This guide will help you to play any instrument in rust thanks for midi files and softwares.
It is extremely as long as you follow the steps.
Setting it up shouldn't take more than 2 minutes can be done while in game without needing to restart it!

LoopMIDI

LoopMIDI is the first software you'll need.
Make sure to set it to autostart when launching your computer while you are installing it, not doing so may cause the software to not properly work sometimes.

Then launch it, create another port, you'll need to have 2 of them with different names (click on the + on the bottom left)

Pendant l'installation, laissez coché la case "launch at start of computer" pour qu'il se lance quand votre ordinateur s'allume. Laisser ceci peut éviter quelques problèmes de fonctionnement.

Ensuite, lancez-le, créer un autre port, nommez-le (par exemple "Rust") en appuyant sur + en bas à gauche

MIDI Player

MIDI Player is the second and last software you'll need:

Once installed, launch it then go in the settings:

Disable Use Bass and Use Midi Mapper then select just below those 2 options one of the ports you have created in LoopMIDI then press OK.

To play a song just double click on it (in the list of the menu) while you are sitting in front of a piano, battery... or when having a guitar or a trumpet in your hands.

Une fois installé, lancez-le et allez dans les paramètres.
Désactivez "Use Bass" et "Use Midi Mapper" puis sélectionner juste en dessous le port auquel vous avez donné un nom sur LoopMIDI puis cliquez sur OK.

Pour jouer de la musique double cliquez sur une des chansons que vous avez sauvegardez quand vous avez un instrument en main

There are not a lot of places where you can find midi files. Personally I use this website: https://bitmidi.com/

To add musics first download them, I recommend you to place them all in the same files (it won't change the way midi player works) then drag them into the midi player list

Pour ajouter des musiques, téléchargez-les (je vous recommande de les mettre tous dans le même fichier) puis faites les glisser dans la liste de MIDI player.

Trying to run MiGiC though this to play my Guitar live on Rust, Can't get it to work. I think i got everything the way it's suppose to be but this isn't my thing.

Small update: rephrased some stuff and removed the first section explaining what you had to do in the game settings in order to allow .midi files being played.

The game has a built-in feature that supports midi devices. This is intended for stuff like midi keyboards, but in this case you're using two pieces of software to emulate that hardware. If you get banned from a server, the admins are either probably dumb, or just don't like music being spammed. I really really doubt you'll get a gameban for using this, so you should be fine.

Lots of people use it and don't get banned, it deosn't give you advantages ingame. No, I don't think there is a risk to get banned using this.
