Sorry for the late reply as my account was compromised for the last week.

The reason I go treads over arcanes is due to the attack speed. I have tried both and treads allows for an extra 2 auto attacks in the grip. I did used to use arcanes but felt his attacks were simply too slow and after his combo if the enemy doesnt die its hard finish them off. Both boots do work and I will update the arcanes as situational.

Also I tend to abuse the fountain tp regen and gank repeatedly and heading back to base. WIth arcane boots I tend to lane more after each gank waiting for mana to return.

Simply allows me to be more active and gank alot more early game rather than hanging around.

very curious as to why you put treads instead of arcanes, the mana seems really necessary on storm and you can disassemble arcanes into a bloodstone later.
no insult, just would like to hear some justification
