This is just a map. I think, there is no problem in it to find all the items.

Also just a map. By the way easiest variant to find all the documents is to find a map (which is a little bit at south-east from central building) which wil show you all of them.

Unfortunately there is no map because of the game itselt don't show collectables on map.
But there is no problem to find them if you are able to use your instinct. But there is a couple of important places at the location which you can miss:
1. Library. Second ladder in location - in the left from the big table.
2. Room with paintings - also one ladder in this room.
3. Crypt - you should go downstairs to the right and use instinct.

Also some information:
Three relics wil appear in Father's Cabinet after completing Main campaign and DLC. If you will complete DLC before main campaign then return to Croft Manor after completing it.
