"After City 17 was destroyed in wake of the new super-portal being created, the resistance that didn't know about White Forest or that couldn't make it there retreated to the coast. Some lived in the old car tunnels and some lived outside which was less safe but less depressing. Life IN the tunnel isnt all bad, they even have a market and a human-powered-bicicle-generator to fuel their lights, and tvs with old vcrs for entertainment and they have plenty of supplies."
