Распакуйте архив[1drv.ms] в папку с программой Flawless Widescreen "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flawless Widescreen"

Install Flawless Widescreen[www.flawlesswidescreen.org]
Unpack the archive[1drv.ms] included here and copy the folders to the main Flawless Widescreen folder in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flawless Widescreen"
Launch Flawless Widescreen and make sure the fix is enabled, which will remove the black bars.
