For those, who missed an audio log, email, a dead body and doesn't want to replay the whole game.
You're welcome to use my save files I made prior interacting with the last object, that triggered an achievement for me.

You consumed one of every type of food and drink on Talos I.

Missing Persons
You located all employees on Talos I.

Press Sneak
You read all the e-mails on Talos I.

Psychometry
You found and listened to all TranScribe recordings.

Dear Future Self
You found and listened to all the messages you left for yourself.

Prism Master
You read the entire Starbender series and don't regret it.

Black Market
You found all the smuggler's dead drops.

Effort Consuming

Deprogramming
You used Mindjack to free a mind-controlled Human.

Makeup Exam
You returned to the Simulation Lab and completed the tests in Rooms A, B, and C.

Mimic Massacre
You killed (5) Mimics in 5 seconds.

Ball Lightning
You used Electrostatic Burst to drop two or more Operators at once.

Save Files Explanation

Back up your own save files!

Now, my data can be downloaded from:

and must be copied into => C:\Users\#####\Saved Games\Arkane Studios\Prey\SaveGames

Load a manual file for:

Crew Quarters at 08:38 => Install Neuromods and do Mind Jack for DeProgramming

Cargo Bay at 21:13 => Black Market, need to open up the last stash.
And in the same room => TranStar Gourmand
Just pick up the Spiralite Cookies off the table and eat everything

Power Plant at 16:32 => 5 Mimics at once. Just throw a recycle grenade...

and divide them by zero!

Crew Quarters at 17:14 => Prism Master

Neuromod Division at 20:39 => Makeup Exam. Yes, you have to do the exam yourself. =P

Talos I Bridge at 21:00 => Psycometry, just press L for listening the audio log.

Shuttle Bay at 16:41 or Neuromod Division at 17:23 => Press Sneak.
Mine triggered in the Shuttle Bay, but later I found unread emails in the ND as well.

Arboretum at 17:38 => Dear Future Self

Arboretum at 17:54 => Ball Lightning. Perfect spot for that - install required neuromod and do them damage!

Shuttle bay at 22:37 or 08:26 => Missing Persons. Interact with those bodies in the Shuttle Bay.
Mine achievement triggered at 22:37, however, I was like 20+ people left to discover. At 08:26 I'm 5+ people short, who are out of reach.

Miomom, not from me, I'm afraid.
When I played this game (6 or so years ago), everything worked fine for me.

I can only suggest to rush the game on easy difficulty, ignore other quests and make back ups prior starting this quest.

Is there any chance you could get a save file with "mixed signals" started (still wanna do the quest)? I wanna get "You rang?" achievement legitimately but i can't get it to start and from what i can see from google its just buggy as hell.

I log in to steam for say THANK YOUU. I'm not an achievement hunter. But I only want to come back to this game at some section. Your game save saved my time.

Yesterday was Tuesday, when Steam does maintenance. A minor possibility that this guide glitched out when you tried accessing it.

@Lord Of War, that's weird, I tried it out yesterday and on 2 different browsers and it wasn't downloading, but I tried it now and it worked. But anyways thanks for making this it saves a lot of time.

Oh and about the Minecraft comment, I knew a guy with an ingame name of Lord of War on minecraft back a few years ago and your name reminded me of him and you play a lot of the same games (mainly RTS) that he used to love, so I thought you were him.

But anyways thanks for the good guide and saves.
