Part 1: Full Map

The full map has all the secret areas opened (101%) so just follow it to find them.
OBS: only materials that CANNOT be adquired through enemy drop are listened in map.

Part 2: Tips & Tricks

Making a second Sword
Most swords in the game can crafted using the previous one as material. Except the first one - the Steel Sword that needs Dragon Claw + Steel + Magic Stone Lv1.
So if you have enough materials you can craft it without losing/modifying your current weapon.

Free Life and Mana Recovering
Having two swords allow you to have a Gram Sword (adquired through the "second sword tip") and a Scaramasax Sword. The Gram's charge power allows you recover a little HP, while the Scramassax' power allow you to recover a little MP, and both can used indefinitely (just use one for HP and swith to the other for MP).
This helps to save HP and MP Potions (as they are rare items and don't be dropped by enemies) only for the Bosses - or the Last Boss!

alguém pra ajudar? a última legendary blades nao está spawnando pra mim e a sala de execuções tbm está inacessível pois os teleporte simplesmente não me deixa teleportar pra lá, a opção aparece mas não consigo selecionar

Não tenho certeza, mas as conquistas que são passagens, são as paredes que levam a salas secretas. Cheque o mapa da área do Túnel, e procure acessar as áreas do Túnel que vc ainda não conseguiu.

this one is really tricky, If I remember correctly, I think it's a shortcut to the Ruins area.
When I made this map I had mostly of the achievements already, so to point them is a bit hard for me, sorry

have map 101% and have found all secret passage even in ruin but didint get Passage ruin achievement

Unfortunally I don't remeber where is the wall that triggers the Mountain Wall achievement. Try hit walls in the Mountain of Death - it's not a big area and the breakable wall is not so hidden too (I think).
