The International Affairs Agency ​(IAA) is an intelligence agency featured in Grand Theft Auto V.
The Drug Observation Agency (DOA) is primarily an undercover intelligence agency mentioned in Grand Theft Auto V.

The IAA is based on CIA and NSA. So it replaces the real-life CIA/NSA in GTA V.
The DOA is based on DEA. So So it replaces the real-life DEA in GTA V.

Included IAA and DOA Special Agents from GTA V.
