The first option to meet Sera which is also an easy one, is to ask for Rachels Bracelet in Episode 3.
She will give it to you.



All you have to do then, is to give it to Sera at the end of Episode 4.
But no matter what, you have to tell Rachel the truth or she will never meet Sera.

If you don't choose to get Rachels Bracelet, don't worry. There is still a way to make Sera meeting her daughter Rachel.

All you have to do for this, is to choose the right answers when you speak to Sera in the old Mill at the end of Episode 4.



You have to choose:

1) [A] You know my name
2) [D] Know about what?
3) [D] I don't understand
4) [D] She deserves to meet you
5) [A] Everybody's broken
6) [A] I lost my father
7) [D] Rachel needs you
8) [D] I thought my dad was perfect
9) [D] Don't you want to see her
10) [A] Don't leave!

Don't forget to choose "Tell Rachel the truth". Otherwise it won't work.
