Okey, so you can start off by giving it a thought, do I want to get rid of GFWL or not?
Obviously, as you've been entering this guide, you want to get rid of it, so let's do this!
(I can't promise that this won't cause any problems, but it shouldn't, I haven't got any problems at least)

Start by entering this in your browser: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/1086/?

Download it manually, and choose the region (Can actually be whatever..).

Now if you got the file on your computer, you can ease the pain alot by knowing that you do not have to put the disabler with the install, you can just launch where it is.

While having it launched, do not press anything (This is how I prefer to do it all though).
Instead browse yourself to %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\Saves\%NAME%\ , which means your name on the computer, do this by clicking into your C: disk and then on the folder Users, from here choose your computer-name and follow the rest!

Copy every file you'll find in there, and just back one step so that you're in the Saves folder, from there, just paste it all.

Now you've come pretty far!

Open the launcher from the hotbar that you launched earlier, and press "Disable G4WL", when that's done, press "Move DLC" to gain every DLC you got (Probably all as you've bought the GOTY edition).

You're now done, launch your game, enjoy the freedom and hope for an awesome play!
