It can be found under 'Parks & Plazas' > 'Parks'

The parking lot can't be visited like a normal park, it's only for parking.

The texture of the concrete ground can be changed by using a Map Theme.
You can use 'Move It!' Mod for easy positioning beside the road and for rotating.

There aren't any street lights or other objects for decoration on the parking lot, feel free to decorate it by yourself.

Thanks for your comment. I checked all my parking lots but couldn't find any issue. Each size corresponds to the size mentioned in the description.

I have tried this guy's parking lots, they are perfect, realistic costs, entertainment values/ranges, and they look good. My only gripe is that depending on the side of the road you're placing them, their alignment might not look quite right, but they are functional. I highly recommend all of these parking lots.
