Seriously doubt that. Apart from the Particle Enhancments & Overhaul FX these are just textures which have no influence on your FPS at all.

more like nasa supercomputer holy shit i used to be able to run this game on 60 fps with ultra graphics but with this pack it dropped down to 30

I have a computer from 2019, and it already has a time running black mesa. What kind of computer is this pack designed for lol.
