Triad
The most powerful Chinese crime syndicate in the city. Their ruthless and sadistic nature allows them to eat literally anything that moves, including stray dogs, cats and sometimes people, which results in them pooping out most diseases and epidemics that you see today.
They're insecure about the size of their reproductive organs but they compensate by videotaping themselves skinning animals alive online for money. Despite their savage behavior, they believe in upholding noble traditions such as drowning their own children for sport and selling their organs if they dare to whine about starving.
They're armed with Shotguns, SMGs, nun-chucks, noodles and rat soup.
Businesses: Robbery, extortion, kidnapping, drug trafficking, arms trafficking, counterfeiting, prostitution, snuff films, mining crypto-currency, pirating a copy of everything, skinning animals (and people) alive, and exporting cheap and defective products.

Colombian Cartel
The most powerful drug cartel in the city, and the main supplier of drugs for ambitious college students, celebrities and single mothers. Most of their gang members were in the Colombian army but have seen more combat in their neighborhood than on the battlefield.
The CIA has been working with the cartel since the 60's in exchange for underage Latina booty and a cut of their hard earned drug money.
Their normal routine consists of snorting coke, appearing on news articles, frightening children, and counting how much blood money they've acquired.
They're armed with Shotguns, SMGs, AR-2s, chainsaws and explosive burritos.
Businesses: Drug trafficking, extortion, murder, robbery, kidnapping, loansharking, arms trafficking, underage prostitution, and Colombian neckties.

Ligotti Crime Family
Also known as the Sicilian Mafia, a very powerful crime syndicate originating in Sicily, Italy.
They usually communicate with their pudgy fingers and 9mm handguns instead of their mouths due to having the most annoying accents in the world. Inbreeding is their main priority to keep their families' bloodline pure because they show strong hatred towards other races, and as a result, they're all born with an extra toe which is used as a symbol to identify their fellow gang members. Sicilian mothers make sure their sons never disgrace their family by sending hitmen after them if they ever misbehave or plan on dating anyone from a different race.
They've spread across America to control all kinds of illegal activities, second only to Colombians and Mexicans.
They're armed with Shotguns, SMGs, baseball bats, pasta and meatballs.
Businesses: Drug trafficking, racketeering, extortion, loansharking, kidnapping, arms trafficking, money laundering, murder, robbery, prostitution, and devotion to the Catholic Church.

Zaibatsu Corporation
The largest privately owned organization (also the largest crime syndicate). Famously known for their expensive pharmaceutical products such as Equanox, their obsession with eugenics, transhumanism, penile extension implants and shadowy politics.
Their business is guarded by their own private army, most of which are Artificial Genetically Enhanced Clone Soldiers (A.G.E.C.S.), made using their newest cloning technology that involves the tedious process of collecting homeless people's sperms.
Their private soldiers (A.G.E.C.S.) are armed with AR-2s and heavy armor. They don't suffer from a lack of intelligence or insecurity. They're focused, dedicated killers who aim solely to follow orders by exterminating anyone who opposes the organization, or is genetically inferior. They can do 42 push-ups, 51 sit-ups and 10 pull-ups before you can say "spit in my аss and call me Sally."
Businesses: Manufacture of pharmaceuticals, contract killing, extortion, loansharking, assault, licensed manufacture of military equipment, and touching themselves at night.

Ducky Boys
A street gang made up of stunted Irish orphans, none of them over 5 foot 6. They are soulless killers who never utter a word. Their favorite activity is getting drunk and roaming the streets at night looking for random strangers to sexually harass.
As a result of poverty, drug abuse and neglectful circumstances into which they were born, they prefer stealing over working for minimum wage, and sometimes doing odd jobs for larger criminal organizations.
They're armed with slingshots, baseball bats, broken bottles and four leaf clover-shaped shurikens.
Businesses: Robbery, protection, racketeering, assault, prostitution, drug trafficking, sniffing glue, and betting on boxing matches while being drunk.

Government
The highest evolution of organized crime. With total control over the whole land, their code is law, and it's as direct as it gets; obey or die. The largest, and most powerful gang in the city.
The Government's job is to stop people from their own stupidity. However, the Government are people too.
It's divided into smaller gangs: Agencies (FBI, CIA, NSA), Army (SWORD, Air Force), Police (NYPD, T.W.A.T, Nova). Each unit is armed according to their ranks.
N.Y.P.D. (New York Police Department) are overconfident, sociopaths that commit police brutality whenever is convenient. They receive inferior training and cheap equipment when compared to other units, which is why they only stay in a policing role within the city.
Nova units can only be seen in prison, just like the NYPD, but with the addition of sexual violence in the cells.
FBI (Federal Buttplugs of Investigation) are watching you right now as you read this pointless text.
T.W.A.T (Tactical Weapons Assault Team) are highly-trained units only deployed for special operations, they're capable of pulling off deadly sophisticated and synchronized battle tactics, which makes the NYPD look like a bunch of wimps in comparison. (Disregard that, everyone in this city is a fᴜcking wimp, including you.)

They can be seen everywhere, constantly watching everything, listening to everything, smelling everything (including your sister's panties).
