AI Gifts to Vassal (Optional submod for the vassal mods)

This mod changes the gift to another faction priorites of all AI factions so they will choose the option to gift to another faction way more likely when the option has been made available to them.
This means if you use any of the vassal mods or if the AI has the option naturally, they should do it about half the time.

-IMPORTANT-
This mod may or may not upset balance in another ways that havent been tested in depth, which is why these settings arent included in all the vassal mods by default, but people were requesting a way to allow the AI to use their vassals more often, and this should be it, use at your own will.

-THIS MOD IS DISCONTINUED-

It might still function but you are better off not trying it. I havent got the time anymore to update my mods unfortunately, but they are up for grabs if anyone wants to continue them or make their own versions, anyone is allowed to do anything with any part of any mod I made.
