i wanna see retro suika from mugen in rivals

LMAO. Just tested that out on training mode and that's goddamn hilarious. She like, reverses and starts growing downwards. I've left the game on for like, 5 minutes and already her shoes are taking the whole screen lol.

Oh yeah, besides that, her movesets really unique and I feel accurately embodies her character from the Touhou games. Specially, I like how her Foward Tilt and Down Air are disjointed. Like, she throws out her bottle attached to a string, but the actual circular hitbox is on the bottle itself and not the string. It kind of reminds me of Olimar's disjoints (but way more balanced lol).

that should only happen in training mode, cuz her sprite shrinks while she's on the last window of her attack lol

love the work so far, i just love how she just kinda throws herself around with fstrong

also idk if this is a thing in normal play but in training at least, pausing on the shrink animation for upstrong will cause her to continue to shrink until she flips over and grows INFINITELY which is hilarious

One of my favorite aspects of her is the versatility of her moves.

Like how her Up Special can not only be charged to act as a grapple that can hold your opponent in place and bring them closer to you (reminds me of Scorpion from Mortal Kombat lol) , but how she can also use it as both a vertical and horizontal recovery move when carrying the right amount of momentum.

Overall, this is one of the most fun I've had with a Rivals of Aether mod, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your future work.

One last thing. The fact that Suika's crouch is the same as King Dedede's is absolutely beautiful.

Now THIS is a really damn good Touhou mod. Suika here really embodies "Density and Sparseness" with this moveset.

First thing that's great about her is how she mix up her moves by charging them such as her Neutral Special or her Up Strong that literally makes her grow super big like in the games. (Hell, she can even charge up her taunt and keep drinking her never-ending supply of sake, which I find really funny lol).

Her Down B has got to be one of my favorite custom Rivals of Aether moves I've ever seen. Not only does it suck up opponents and hold them in place, but if you hit them and the black hole's still active, it sucks them back in again. I can already imagine the type of combos someone could pull off from this ingenious coding.

This is probably one of the more unique Touhou characters I've seen.
