Dixie Kong glides into Rivals of Aether in all her 16-bit glory!! (Finished)

She plays like a marth with diddy size and speed, but jigglypuff-like weight. So, she's incredibly fast and ranged, but very light and needs to work for kills.

-Dixie Kong's Dash Attack can be used to slide off of ledges.
-Down Special is a Banana Peel. If an opponent steps on it they will be stuck in place for a bit.
-Up Special will continue to twirl until the player either lands, or lets go of b (if let go, Dixie will go into pratfall/specialfall).
-Back air can be tipped to send at a sheik forward air angle.

Shoutouts to Ant19831983, A.J. Nitro, and Tonberry2k for compiling together the original sprites from DKC2 and DKC3. Shoutouts to me ky el for making a good diddy which was used as a starting place. Known bug: When first moving after being spawned with the white skin, for a second a santa hat and beard will spawn. I don't know how to fix this but it isn't very noticeable and is kinda funny.
