im redoing this cuz im getting so many comments so first is you freeze time (check controls) drag the gun to the npc you want to have it remember the rotation will effect how the npc holds it and you press f on the upper arm that will hold the gun also the range of a hand is low so keep the gun close to it or weapon or object
