Rock Crusher Configurator

Can config the following recipes at a Rock Crusher:

- % of Fossil that is turned into Lime
- % of Metal Ore that is turned into Refined Metal
- Amount of Table Salt produced in grams from Salt

The configuration can be found in the Mod Menu after you enable the mod. You must restart before the effects of the configuration are reflected, due to quirks of the game engine.

2019-11-03 v.1.1.1: Don't clobber PLib
2019-10-24 v1.1.0: Requires Update now properly applied
