KO-002 - street sprinkler machine based on ZIL 130, widely distributed in the USSR in the mid-80s.

Speed in VTOL mode - 215 km/h
Speed in flight mode - 360 km/h

For flight mode, first gain horizontal speed, then turn off the VTOL.
Water does not damage engines!

Cant seem to get my multiple attempts at making a plane to fly, and this dude's managed to get a truck flying. I'm in complete, painful, awe.
