History in the Making II v 6 (of course), Throne Room (v3), More Luxuries__v_155, JFD's Civilization Pack 1 (v1), health & plague mod for BNW v 19, Events and Decisions, Community Patch (6-17) (required for some of the mods), Civ IV Diplomatic Features, City-State Diplomacy Mod for BNW (v25).
Please, any help or tips would be appreciated, I know little about modding and mod compability, and even if reading in the forums I don't know which mods alter what files.
Go to your documents/My Games/ Civ V/ Mods
Then extract this mod with 7zip or any extractor really. I have no idea, why I had to do it but it works for me. Sometimes pakaged information is hard to find for some systems. Might be the sheer amount of data in the package, which forces you to do it manually.
btw I've followed all the troubleshooting and cache clearing to no avail.
