Adding on to my previous comment you also get the nuke and stop worm software items along with the XP.

This exploit does still work, the guide maker just did a piss poor job of explaining how you get XP out of this. You just need to rinse and repeat hacking the same device over and over again with quick saving and quick loading, and once you feel like you've had enough of farming you can just complete the hack and click the "OK" button at the end of a successful hack to receive the XP.

Or you could just use Cheat Engine..

This is a huge waste of time... You get little XP and it would take a while to get anywhere. You realize you need like 5000 XP to get a praxis, right? That means doing this 5000 times as it only gives you 100 XP each time.
