More Slaves!

Mod called "More Slaves" for people like me who doesn't really care much about research ratio and just want to get dem slaves for all the resource surplus in the world to become an ancient industrial powerhouse :D and feel like it's more immersive with more slaves.

Slaves 4x less likely to promote now because it's 304 B.C.E. and slaves fundamentally doesn't really have the required freedom of choice to promote.
Constant struggle to get more slaves as your existing ones keeps getting promoted is annoying and not really immersive.
