You can actually already change most of the things you're suggesting, through the "config.sqf" file in the mission. Simply unpack the mission file, open the "config.sqf" and change the parameters in there, though I might implement some of the things through parameters in-game soon.
Two things to improve the experience.
1: Parameters to determine how many traitors/detectives there are and how long the round time is etc...
2: More varied weapons.
Also, the suicide bomb did 0 damage to other players for us, we only had ACRE2 enabled, no other mods.
