My hippos aren't registering the shelter as hard shelter. I did have to actually build it though (from looking at the pictures), as the walls and roof disappeared when I placed it. any suggestions?

when i place your habitat into sandbox the shelter is missing its top, any reason why?

Question: I built an exhibit like this one for my crocs with an island in the middle. The problem I ran into was that the keepers could not get to the island to clean it, so soon enough, I had a notification of a disease risk due to a dirty enclosure. Have you run into this problem?
