Hi everyone, I'm so sorry that i have gone for such a long time, as I was quite busy the last few weeks. But i'm back here to share my newest asset. Since last time, I have improved a lot on my modelling skills, hoping to make this model much better quality.
I personally really like this model as its one of the first post-modern buildings, and is the second glass-walled building in NYC !!!

Description of this model: (from SOM website)
Midtown Manhattan's Lever House marked a watershed in U.S. architecture when completed in 1952. Located on the west side of Park Avenue between 53rd and 54th Streets, the corporate headquarters, with its facade made of blue-green glass and stainless steel mullions, was one of the first glass-walled International Style office buildings in the country.

The structure consists of two intersecting masses, balanced in their proportions but contrasting in shape. A two-story horizontal block containing an open court occupies the entire site with a 21-story tower located on the north. The columns and the ground floor court create a large open plaza allowing entrances to the lobby to be located away from pedestrian traffic. Inside, the typical floor is characterized by large, open office areas with easy access to individual offices, and service cores at the western end.

Within a decade of its construction, the initial enthusiasm for Lever House gave way to a universal recognition of its pivotal importance to American architecture. In 1982, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the Lever House an official landmark.

Right-o. So a building, or possibly buildings for what I'm thinking of, I'd love to see for CS is the Carnegie Hall Tower and Metropolitan Tower, with the Russian Tea Room right between them.

Very specific, but I'd love to see those in the game.

@Lanadelrey01993 The Helmsley buildings i already being made, and will be published in a couple of months, I'll consider Waldorf Astoria, as I'm trying to do some assets on Park Avenue. there are some problems with some of the old assets, and I'll probably republish them later on

I may be late, but am I good with suggesting a building that was never built in NYC or do I have to go to something already in NYC?

@fengpanchenchen The Helmsley Building, 14 Wall Street and Waldorf Astoria Hotel are on my wishlist and cannot be missed in my New York City. What happened to your other models like Equitable Building by the way?

@smioreun The file sized are fixed. This file size is bigger because i used a 2048*2048 diffuse normal and specular map. Some buildings have smaller size due to a smaller texture file.

Thx everyone for the great comments, btw what NYC building does everyone want next? I have planned the Helmsley building and 599 Lexington avenue, but i want to hear everyone's opinion!!!
