Introduction
Hey, This guide is to help people find the Vestige Fragments they missed while running through the game. the best way to do this is with video so its more or just a collection of links. with small pieces of information where needed
Hunter Vestige Fragments
The Hunter Fragments are some of the first you can find, they are in the ruined city zone,
This is also the first core other than the First boss that is possible to not pick up.

Prometheus Vestige Fragments
The Prometheus fragments can be found in the ruined city zone and are some of the first vestige fragments that you can find. you get the blood code from Louis in the hideout.
Darkseeker Vestige Fragments
The Darkseeker Vestige Fragments can be found in the Dried up Trenches after the butterfly of Delirium boss. you must defeat the boss before you can acquire the blood code but the other parts can be found before the boss
Atlas Vestige Fragment
The Atlas Vestige fragments can be found in the Howling pit, and the core / blood code is found in the home base by talking to Yakumo
Assassin Vestige Fragments
The Assassin Vestige Fragments can be found in the Howling Pit,
and has one of the core's that is possible to miss and not pick up.
Isis Vestige Fragments
The Isis vestige fragments can be found in the Cathedral of sacred Blood, and are a required item for the best ending.
Fionn Vestige Fragments
The Fionn vestige fragments can be found in the Ridge Of Frozen Souls Zone, and are a required item for the best ending.
Scathach Vestige Fragments
The scathach vestige fragments can be found in the city of fallen flame zone, and are a required item for the best ending,
Artemis Vestige Fragments
The Artemis vestige fragments are found in the ashen cavern, and unlock the gifts in mia's blood code.
Survivor Vestige Fragments
The Survivor vestige fragments are found in the ashen cavern,
Harmonia Vestige Fragments
The Harmonia Vestige Fragments can be found in the Crown of Sands zone, and are required for the best ending.
Warrior Vestige Fragments
The warrior vestige fragments can be found in the crypt Spire zone, and is one of the blood codes that are possible to miss,
Hephaestus Vestige Fragments
The Hephaestus Vestige Fragments can be found in the crypt Spire zone, and unlock gifts from blood codes,
Eos Vestige Fragments
The Eos Vestige fragments unlock the gifts from Io's Blood Code, and might be required for the best ending (information is unclear at this point)
Hermes Vestige Fragments
The Hermes vestige fragments unlock the gifts in Davis's blood code and can be found in the depths.
Scout Vestige Fragments
The scout vestige fragments can be found in the depths, and unlock the gifts in the scouts blood code as well as some in other blood codes,
Demeter Vestige Fragment
The Deneter Vestige Fragment is a hidden item you need to backtrack for because karen took the blood code.
Achilles Vestige Fragments (DLC - Hellfire Knight)
The Achilles Vestige Fragments can be found in the depths map unlocked with the hellfire knight DLC
Pollux Vestige Fragments (DLC - Frozen Empress)
The Achilles Vestige Fragments can be found in the depths map unlocked with the Frozen Empress DLC
Perseus Vestige Fragments (DLC - Lord of Thunder)
The Perseus Vestige Fragments can be found in the depths map unlocked with the Lord of Thunder DLC

i spent over 10 hours replaying from the beginning to get the true ending only then less than 10 seconds when entering the cutscene of Eva's memory III it crashed and now it is forcing me to play again, day ruined

i was lost my harmona vestige III beacause crashed during cutscene, what should i do to restore it?

@kami The Part B in the picture is the same as the part B in the video. unless the 2 cars near it are in the same positions and colours in other parts of the level. But ile look into the prometheus Vestiges. and see if there's any variation

As a note, that is up near the boss behind the fat enemy, not by the fat enemy in the glass cylinders like you found it.

Unless you're checking each an every point on it's own, you may not notice it's different. Here's where I found Prometheus Vestige Part B:

@kami I don't think that's the case, iv ran through the game a few times and used these myself to re-remember where vestiges are, and never had them not be there.

Your locations were different than mine. I think the game actually randomly decides which you'll get at each spot.
