USA Stays Democratic without MtG

Beskrivning
Without Man the Guns, the USA has no restrictions on their ideology changing ministers, causing the AI to go wild with them, without man the guns the USA however only has a democratic focus tree and thus they will always get stuck in it.
This mod blocks the USA ideology-ministers for fascism and communism for the AI (ignore the image where they are removed), this will (without outside interference) force the USA to stay democratic so it can use it's focus tree.
