If you feel like standing out from the crowd of Blendette’s self-caring in the bushes of map corners, like accentuating your heterosexuality, or like being the saviour of the team time and time again, then adopting the Ace as your main is a wise decision. Your main is a representation of you, the talentless, hopeless, society-wide disappointment that you are, and so you’re naturally going to want to hide that and present yourself as the smug, confident, stylish ladykiller that is Ace Visconti.

If Ace peaks your interest, after accepting the heavy burden of responsibility that comes with playing as a man of class, culture, and with the natural ability of outplaying killers and embarrassing your teammates, then you must attend to your outfit, perks, and your gameplay.

Outfits have a lasting and dramatic effect on the match. Outfits bring with them a presumption of ability or toxicity (think P3 Blendettes or legacy Megheads that are somehow worse at the game than normal Megheads.) Outfits are a statement of intent from survivors, and as an Ace your outfit must speak louder than words when your sexy self spawns in a lobby. It must intimidate the killer, and at least make then consider dodging their 10-minute-long lobby queue, and also tell your teammates that they will make it to the end as you will carry them across the line.

Therefore, consider adopting loud and proud outfits, such as "Pink Boi Best Boi" (a personal favourite which has served my 1.5k hours well). Alternatives include the leopard skin shirt, any ridiculous colour of pants, and a beautiful cocky face which instils nervousness upon the big, scary killer. A big flex is the P3 head, which has been known to force killers to uninstall the game when they see it merrily carrying the team without a drop of perspiration.

Remember: You are an Ace. You want to be found. Hiding is for cowards and you gave up your cowardice when you agreed to the terms and conditions of embracing the Ace. Let the Blendettes cower, let the Neas urban evade out of sheer fear, let the Davids dead hard into walls. You will lead from the front. Let your outfit convey the courage and finesse to rally your team and lead the charge.

As an Ace you will find yourself moving further and further away from meta perks, as your natural ability to outplay killers will tune finer and finer til you are a god among men. You’ll find that all you really need in life is Head On, applying your elegant Ace to the killer's 4head, stunning them with your inherent intellect, charm and style. An Ace puts others before himself, though this does not mean you need altruistic perks to aid in the endeavour, no matter your build you will either live as the hero or die as the hero.

Some recommended perks for your charming Ace are:
Dead Hard – to extend your carrying of the team by elongating your god-like loops.
Unbreakable – Ace must remain on his feet, how else will his presence lead the team?
Up the Ante – Yeet off that hook and get back to business, even in the killers face as soon as they hook you. You are the dominant male. Show it.
Diversion – Throw a pebble at the killer at every given opportunity, let them know that you are no measly pushover. You will fight back.
Head On - Self-explanatory.
Break Out - Run alongside your fellow survivor being taken against their will to a hook, smile and wink at them and they'll find the urge to leap off the killers arms and into yours.

You must not appear cowardly and/or boosted. Else your own reputation and credibility for respect will suffer. Therefore, the following perks are incompatible with Ace:

Selfish Care – Being useless and taking 3 hours to heal somewhere is a boosted act suited only to cowards who cant perform under stress – Ace can perform under any pressure, just ask your mum.
Urban Immersion – Ace is not a coward and wants to be seen and chased, for he is confident in his abilities.
Spine Chill – (Unless combined with Resilience to form the Chad Vault Build) Let the killer look and admire your outfit all they like.
Premonition – You don’t need the heads up, the killer does.
Sprint Burst - Ace should be taken seriously, no one takes Sprint Burst-gamers seriously.

Hot Tip: Being facecamped is a sign that the killer respects the Ace, and cannot function with you in the game

As an Ace you should be communicating at all times with your teammates and killer through pointing, beckoning, and teabagging to show your competence at the game and assert your dominance as the leader of the survivors. This may come across as toxic, but interpretation is subjective, you know what you mean – it’s the fault of the other if they fail to get the message that you are simply challenging them to down you and/or outplay your massive Ace brain.

Ace should never be the first to leave, nor the first to die. Get the job done, even if it costs you your life. Not all heroes wear capes, but they tend to wear pink pants. Heroes should have a noble, yet emotional and unjust death – think Julius Caesar, Napoleon, Martin Luther King, JFK, Adolf Hitler , all great leaders of history whose deaths and accomplishments are remembered to this day. To be killed by the Entity at the exit gates after being the saviour of the team and ensuring everyone else's timely escape is the true flex of the Ace main and a worthy end for the hero himself.
